When shipping your passport applicaton to us we recommend using either FedEx or UPS. If using our Sameday, 24 Hour, or Rush Service you must ship your application so we receive it the next business day by 8:30 AM. If using FedEx this service is called "First Overnight", if using UPS this service is called "Early AM". The U.S. State Department requires us to submit our applications to them at 9:00 AM every business day. By shipping your documents to us for early morning delivery we are able to submit your documents to the government the same morning your shipment is delivered. This ensures the fastest possible processing of your passport application.
Your completed passport will be sent back to you using FedEx. We offer several different return delivery options that will satisfy just about every possible situation. Select your return delivery option on our "Order Form" which is included in the instructions that you printed out for your application.
