Sameday & 24 Hour Service: You Must Call First to Reserve Space for Guarantee to Apply

Sameday & 24 Hour Service:

US Passport Service must receive your passport application with FedEx or UPS by 8:30 AM on a business day in order for us to process either a Same Day or 24 Hour Passport application.  For example if we receive your passport application by 8:30 on a Monday morning; if you are doing Same Day service your passport is guaranteed to be done Monday afternoon and back to you Tuesday morning with FedEx, and if you are using 24 Hour Service your passport is guaranteed to be completed the next day (Tuesday) and back to you Wednesday morning with FedEx. 

3 business day processing:

US Passport Service will guarantee that you will have your completed passport back to you via FedEx by the 3rd business day from the day we receive you your passport application. We must receive your materials by 1030am local time on a business day in order for the 3-day processing time period to begin.  If you overnight your documents on a Monday, you will receive it back Friday morning with FedEX.

6 business day processing:

US Passport Service will guarantee that you will have your completed passport back to you via FedEx by the 6th business day from the day we receive you your passport application. We must receive your materials by 1030am local time on a business day in order for the 6-day processing time period to begin. If you overnight your documents on a Monday, you will receive it back the following Tuesday morning with FedEX.

10 business day processing:

US Passport Service will guarantee that you will have your completed passport back to you via FedEx by the 10th business day from the day we receive you your passport application. We must receive your materials by 1030am local time on a business day in order for the 10-day processing time period to begin. If you overnight your documents on a Monday, you will receive it back two weeks from Tuesday in the  morning with FedEX.

We Cannot Be Held Responsible For:

- Missing, Incomplete, or Incorrect Application Documentation (Just follow our instructions carefully and you will be just fine)
- Acts of God
- Inclement Weather (shipping delays)
- FedEx or UPS delays
- Passport Agency Holds (US State Department Invesitgations)
- Applicant Back Child Support (Federal law barring anyone from getting a passport with over $2000 of BCS)
- Applicant Wanted For Arrest (If you are trying to flee the country to escape a warrant, don’t bother please)
