US Passport Cards

Currently the US State Department is producing passport cards for US citizens, but they are not expediting them as fast as the actual passport book.  All of the expediting processing times listed on our site and on our paperwork refer to the processing of US passport books.  The cards are taking about 4 weeks to process and will be mailed back to you once completed by the State Department.
